How we use it

We use this information to contact you, confirm your ride and prepare for pickup. We do not sell it.

Website measurement

We use first-party website events to understand page visits, quote steps, contact clicks and completed booking actions. A contact click is not a confirmed reservation. Browser measurement excludes passenger details and private booking links. Booking and payment status comes from our reservation system.

Keeping details private

Your ride request is kept in our private records. Please do not include card numbers or identity documents in the notes.
